Elected this afternoon as the new officers for the 2008-2009 fraternal year were the following Brother Knights:

 

State Deputy – Bill Burke (Stevensville)

State Secretary – Rod McElwee (Polson)

State Treasurer – Art Malisani (Great Falls)

State Advocate – Dave McLean (Ananconda)

State Warden – Bob Howard (Hamilton)

 

Delegates to the Supreme Convention

 

The Insurance Delegate will be Bernie Adams (Helena) and Associate Delegates are John Beck (Billings) and Terry Cody (Wolf Point). Their alternates are James O’Leary (Havre) for insurance and the Associate delegate alternates are Kevin Holland and Andy Mikes (both of Billings).

 

Congratulations to all of our Brother Knights who have answered the call to serve and we wish them well.

The site of this year’s Montana State Convention is the Red Lion Hotel/Kalispell Center Mall.

Make sure to reserve your room as soon as possible.If you wish to stay at another hotel, here is a list of nearby hotels.This is a real boon for convention attendees as all of the activities will be under one roof with the exception of opening and closing Mass at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church; which is only six blocks away.

Thursday will include a golf outing at the Village Greens Golf Course at 500 Palmer Drive. (OK, so the golf course isn’t under the same roof as the rest of the convention but you get our point.) The Course has six tee times set up for us starting at Noon. Cost is $65.00 per couple, which includes green fees for 18 holes, a bucket of range balls, a cart, and lunch for two. The phone number for the course is 406-752-4666 if you have questions for them.
